1. Payment Authorization
By completing a payment authorization, the Client authorizes Crown Compass Travel LLC, its agents, or authorized representatives to charge the payment method provided for travel services requested, including deposits, final payments, travel insurance, change fees, and other authorized charges.
The Client acknowledges that travel services and payments authorized through this Agreement or through a separate payment authorization accurately reflect the services requested and authorized for purchase.

- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Final payments may be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

Submission of payment through an electronic payment link or client portal constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Payment authorization may remain valid for future payments related to the applicable booking unless revoked in writing.
Payment disputes or discrepancies should be reported to Crown Compass Travel LLC within seven (7) business days of the charge or statement posting.
